Reply by the Secretariat of the Conference:

Mr Bal Patil was on top of our list for participants from the Jain community. We sent emails and letters and tried to phone Mr Bal Patil several times but in vain; there was no response from his side.

international dialogue

This is actually a conference that should be held every year, and let it be international dialogue be all the faiths. Different religions in asia can do a lot of good to help other religions (with the same god !!!!) share the same faith.
Thanks to all of the organizers.

A good initiative in a positive direction

Definitely such forums are significant in eliminating the differences that have been cropped up amongst people of various religious faiths. This can be seen as a positive initiative. However, the agenda must be put forth in a manner to set a conclusive output of this meet. I would be gald to attend the session as well.

My Best Wishes to the organisers!

To avoid the concern of our Christian Brothers

Dear Brother Dr Zafr sb, Assalamu alaikum wa rahmathullah..

First of all my hearty congratulations for your courage and enthusiasm to conduct such a noble event at New Delhi. May Allah swt shower all His merciful blessings on you and all the team working for the cause of this most important and valuable efforts for the cause of establishing righteousness in the society.

It is apparently evident that the dialogue is focusing on Islam and oriental religious.

In order to avoid the ill-feelings of our Christain brothers, who are the part-and-parcel of our Indian Community, can we invite some of the top Christian Priests/leaders to respect and maintain deplomacy ?

For your kind thoughts only please. In the meantime, as Samahath Al Shaikh Dr Yousuf Al Qardawi's presense will be a great blessing to our country and the partcipation of our Christain brothers may definitely clear-up a lot of mis-understandings between mutual relationships.

With affectionate regards and Dua for the grand success of the event.

Your brother

Re:To avoid the concern of our Christian Brothers

Dear brother,

First of all thanks for your duas and encouragement.

We planned this conference only between Islam and Oriental religions, and not with religions such Christianity or Judaism, because, as mentioned on our Mission and Vision page, many such conferences have been held earlier, but none with oriental religions, and this time we want to focus on oriental religions because they are equally important and since we live and work with people from this community mutual understanding and dialogue is a must.

Best Regards

ALHAMDULILLAH

Zafrul-Islam Khan Saheb,
Assalamualaikum!!!

It is indeed a wise idea to carry out such symposiums in this time of tension across the region, as some anti communal groups assiduously trying to widen hatred violence towards Islam and Muslims among the common and innocent peoples through their illegitimate and heinous activities.

Dialogue Between Islam and Oriental Religions, in fact, is the need of the hour and your bold efforts to shoulder such a mammoth task is highly appreciable.

May Almighty Allah grant you a huge success in this endeavor.
